Tom Cartmill

Cartmill is another abstract artist, his pieces are very scratchy and sharp - and reminds me a lot of Jackson Pollock because I can familiarise with drip painting. Theres a lot of texture in his work that makes it look harsh and broken. Im looking at artists that are very different to what I've already done, because if i explore the grounds of different ways to interpret my pieces, its going show different messages to the viewer.
